Production testing - Quality deployed permanently

Instrument Systems has developed the LED Tester for deployment in production scenarios. The turnkey measuring system is based on the CCD Array Spectrometer CAS 140CT, a Keithley 2400/2600 series sourcemeter and a control computer with dedicated testing software. The integration of all the components has been optimized to meet the tough challenge of non-stop operation at production facilities, while retaining the outstanding measuring accuracy of the CAS 140CT.
